- Service hours are from 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the next day.
- If the specified point of arrival or point of departure is a station on the Gotemba Line, then only the vacant seat inquiry function may be used.
- Travelers cannot travel between stations within the Tokyo Metro Lines only.
- Booking/purchasing tickets between Hakone Tozan Lines' Odawara and Hakone-Yumoto only is not available.
- Service fees apply for a refund after a ticket purchase.
